Trailer Information:

- We can special order a trailer for you! There is no additional cost to this- just about a 5 week lead time. You get to choose: color, size, shape, extended tongue, generator box, which side the man door is on, etc!
Equipment wanted:
- Undercounter fridges and freezers
- AC/heat
- Shelving/storage/cabinets
- Sanwich prep tables
- Espresso machines/grinders/coffee machines
- We need all equipment you will be adding to the trailer so we can calculate electrical needs, even if we are not the ones providing the equipment

Are you looking to pass health inspections:
We can provide plans for you to submit to the county. We are well versed in what is required and we are very familiar with the CA HCD Insignia as well as various CA county requriements. We also have trailers in various other states and have worked with counties outside of CA to have trailers pass the local health department inspection.
Menu Information:
We need to know what your menu will look like so we can add in the necessary equipment, especially if you are looking to pass health inspections. For example: if you are doing a coffee trailer, you will be required to have refridgeration for all the dairy items you will be storing for the event. If we have an idea of what your menu will be we can be sure to include what is required by the county in order to pass.
Electrical Information:
Having enough power for your trailer is of the utmost importance. We run a power load analysis once we have all your equipment noted so we can let you know how big of a generator you will need to safely power your trailer. The more equipment you add, the higher the requirement will be.
Design Information:
This is the fun part! We love getting design ideas and what the overall vibe you want your trailer to have. We design beautiful trailers so that your clients will want to keep coming back! Design is a huge part of the process and we enjoy coming up with new ideas all the time!
